Emily Rollins has been an Ascend Seattle Board Member since 2009, when the chapter was founded. During the last 6 years, Emily has provided leadership to the chapter, developed great events as part of the Events Committee, and represented the chapter at National Ascend Conferences.

Diana Nguyen, Microsoft, Senior Finance Manager
Diana Nguyen is one of our founding board members. She joined the board in 2009 and has served as the VP, Marketing Chair, Events Chair and is now our EventsDirector. Diana specializes in Audit and Finance and has worked for RealNetworks and Deloitte. Her current role is Senior Finance Manager for Microsoft. She is a foodie and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her motto in life is to “Live, love, laugh, learn and repeat.”

Audrey Hara, EY, IT Advisory Services Professional
Audrey started her membership with Ascend as a founding officer of the Ascend University of Washington chapter in 2010. After graduating from UW in 2012, Audrey continued her membership by joining the Ascend Seattle Chapter Executive Board, as the Membership Committee Co-Chair, and now as an Events Committee member.

Maureen Francisco, NW Production LLC, Co-Executive Producer
Maureen Francisco is currently the president of the Seattle Ascend chapter. Previous positions she’s held include events chair and events director. Maureen currently is the co-owner of NW Productions, LLC., a media production company that produces live shows, red carpet events, and non-scripted shows. She’s also the author of an award-winning book about going after your dreams It Takes Moxie: Off the Boat, Or Out of School, To Making it Your Way in America.

Daniel Lee, Microsoft, Business Program Manager
Daniel started serving with Ascend Seattle in 2010 as a member on the Student Affairs Committee, helping to launch Ascend’s presence at Seattle University. He subsequently assumed the role of VP of Student Affairs and now runs Membership & Sponsorship within the organization. Daniel has a background in Accounting and Computer Science and has worked for Weyerhaeuser and Ernst & Young. His current role is a Business Program Manager in IT supporting Finance and Accounting at Microsoft.

Rich Asiodche, EY, Assurance Senior Manager
Rich Asiodche is a senior manager in EY Seattle’s Assurance practice and has been in public accounting for more than 14 years. Rich has extensive experience on public company audits, focusing on areas such as internal control over financial reporting, debt and equity transactions, derivatives, share-based payments and income taxes. Rich serves a multitude of clients in various industries, ranging from diversified industrial products, life sciences and technology, among others. He is accredited in International Financial Reporting Standards and is a national instructor in EY Assurance Learning. He leads many EY’s local diversity and inclusiveness initiatives, including several roles within the Ascend Seattle Chapter.
